Garlic Parmesan Truffle Wings
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken wings, flats and drums separated 
- 1 tbsp baking powder (for extra crispiness) 
- 1 tsp salt 
- ½ tsp black pepper 
- ½ tsp garlic powder 
- ½ tsp smoked paprika 
Garlic Parmesan Truffle Sauce:
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted 
- 4 cloves garlic, finely minced 
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese 
- 1 tbsp white truffle oil (adjust to taste) 
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped 
- Zest of 1 lemon (optional, but adds freshness) 
Instructions:
- Prep the Wings: - Pat the wings dry with paper towels to remove moisture. 
- Toss wings in baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. This helps with crispiness. 
 
- Cook the Wings: - Air Fryer: 400°F for 18-20 minutes, shaking halfway through. 
- Oven: Bake at 425°F for 45-50 minutes on a wire rack over a baking sheet, flipping halfway. 
- Deep Fry: Heat oil to 350°F and fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy. 
 
- Make the Sauce: - In a pan over medium heat, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). 
- Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese, truffle oil, and parsley. 
 
- Toss & Serve: - Toss the crispy wings in the warm garlic Parmesan truffle sauce. 
- Sprinkle extra Parmesan on top and serve immediately.
