About the Chef

My culinary journey started when I attended Johnson and Wales University to study Culinary Arts in 1994, but I believe it started long before when as a young child, I moved from South Carolina to California's Monterey Peninsula. It was in California that I experienced the literal bounty of fresh produce, the abundance of seafood and the diverse cuisine that was available.
